We believe that many young people have ideas and wishes for a future profession but need guidance and motivation. Therefore we will work together with our partners for finding common solutions and encouraging youth confidence for taking initiative. Through many creative methods of NFE, experiential learning and youth-centered approach we will learn how to make a good CV, Motivation letter, prepare for an interview, create business and marketing plans, speak with successful entrepreneurs, visit different companies, share successful stories and build the teamwork and leadership spirit of the youth in order to be more successful at the job market in the future. Also, we will contribute to recognizing the unique importance and positive aspects of each country and to increasing intercultural awareness about progress in their own country by exchanging views and experiences.
